Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a

Full-Stack Developer

with recent hands-on experience in both backend and frontend development.

The ideal candidate will have

strong Java Spring Boot backend expertise

and

practical React/TypeScript frontend experience

. You will develop and enhance applications supporting

for our internal users and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using

Java Spring Boot and React

.

Develop and optimize

RESTful APIs and microservices

.

Implement and maintain

Micro Frontend (MFE)

architecture.

Apply software engineering best practices across the technology stack.

Work with Business Analysts, Project Managers, business stakeholders, and technology teams to deliver quality solutions.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across frontend and backend systems.

Participate in system design and contribute to the technical roadmap.

Drive technical improvements, innovation, and application performance.

Conduct code reviews and maintain good coding, testing, security, and development practices.

Required Technical Skills

Backend

Strong

Java

skills, preferably Java 21.

Strong expertise in

Spring Boot

, including Spring MVC, Spring Data, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud.

Experience with

Modulith and microservices

architecture.

Experience with relational databases such as

MariaDB or PostgreSQL

, including SQL optimization.

Strong knowledge of

RESTful API design

.

Experience with messaging technologies such as

Kafka or IBM MQ

.

Experience with

JUnit, Mockito, and Karate

for unit and integration testing.

Good understanding of

SOLID principles and design patterns

.

Frontend

Hands-on experience with

React and TypeScript

, preferably React 19.

Good understanding of

React Hooks, Context, and component lifecycle

.

Experience with

Redux, Redux Toolkit (RTK), and RTK Query

.

Experience with

Micro Frontend (MFE)

architecture, such as Module Federation or Single-SPA.

Good knowledge of

HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, and responsive design

.

Experience with modern

JavaScript/TypeScript (ES6+)

.

Experience with

Webpack or Vite

.

Experience with frontend testing tools such as

Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright

.

Understanding of frontend performance optimization, including

code splitting and lazy loading

.

Experience with design systems or component libraries such as

Storybook

is an advantage.

Recent experience as a

Full-Stack Developer / Software Engineer

.

Strong backend development experience with

Java and Spring Boot

.

Practical frontend development experience with

React and TypeScript

.

Strong software engineering and problem-solving skills.

Experience working with enterprise applications and multiple technology/business stakeholders.

Good understanding of software design, testing, APIs, microservices, and application architecture.

Willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve engineering practices.

Education & Experience

Degree or equivalent qualification in

Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline

.

Relevant professional experience in software/full-stack development.

Experience developing, testing, deploying, and supporting enterprise applications.
