Lead Autonomous Robotics Engineer - Localization

Job Description

Venti Technologies is seeking a Staff Research Scientist, Localization and Mapping, to lead the technical direction for autonomy teams focused on driverless logistics. You will champion the roadmap, develop scalable map generation, and guide live autonomy stack modules for safety-critical operations in ports and hubs.

This role blends research with hands‑on prototyping and system integration at scale. The successful candidate will bring a PhD in robotics or related field, 8+ years of robotics
