Responsibilities
Development: Design and deploy Salesforce solutions using Education Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Customization: Extend platform capabilities via triggers, flows, approval processes, and custom UI components.
Integrations: Build secure connections between Salesforce and internal/third-party systems using Salesforce APIs.
Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to translate requirements into production-ready features.
Quality & Reliability: Manage unit testing, troubleshooting, and high-availability releases while maintaining security best practices.

Qualifications & Experience
Background: 3–8 years of hands-on Salesforce development (Production systems).
Core Skills: Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Service Cloud, and platform configuration.
Education: Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT.
Certification: Salesforce Platform Developer I (required).
Preferred: Experience with Education Cloud, data migration, or government-scale platforms. Advanced certifications (PDII, Service Cloud) are a plus.
