Junior Trader

This opportunity suits someone with 1-2 years of experience in trading operations, trade support, or a desk analyst role who wants to build a career in trade execution. Previous trade execution experience is welcome but not required.

Responsibilities

Execute trades across stocks, futures, and FX products in accordance with trading instructions and established procedures.

Monitor orders and execution results, identifying and resolving discrepancies when necessary.

Coordinate with relevant internal teams to support the smooth completion of pre-trade and post-trade processes.

Maintain accurate trading records and assist with trade reconciliation, reporting, and other operational requirements.

Support improvements to execution workflows and operational efficiency.

Assist the wider trading desk with day-to-day activities as required.

Requirements

Singapore citizen/ PR is a must.

1-2 years of relevant experience in trading operations, trade support, or a desk analyst role.

A strong understanding of the trading lifecycle, including order handling, execution, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliation.

Prior trade execution experience is not mandatory.

Strong attention to detail, with a thorough and diligent working style.

Ability to follow procedures carefully and complete tasks accurately.

Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professional judgement.

A genuine interest in developing a longer-term career in trading and execution.
