Tech Lead – React.Js and React native

Experience & Skills required

Hands on experience in React JS and React Native is a must

Experience in Java technologies and applications (Springboot)

Experience in Front-end Technologies – CSS3, JavaScript, HTML

Experience in microservices, containers, and event-driven architectures, AWS

Lambda and RESTful services

Extensive experience and knowledge of Agile Delivery framework and TDD

Experience in JUnit/Selenium/Jenkins/Katalo

NoSQL experience with MongoDB, DynamoDB, GraphQL

Strong experience in understanding business needs and designing solutions to meet client requirements in diverse technology stacks

Responsibilities

To work with business partners to understand business context and design and architect best-in-class solutions to their problems.

Provide hands on technical leadership in all aspects of software engineering design and implementations including data engineering.

Evaluate and make recommendations on new technologies, tools and guide the team on up-to-date technologies, standards and practices.

Coach and mentor junior Software Engineers.

Assist in our recruiting and interviewing process.

Participate in developing project plans, timelines and provide estimates.

Participate in daily scrums and provide clear visibility to work
