Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Issue Resolution

Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers

Troubleshoot equipment, application, and process-related issues

Project Management &Coordination

Coordinate project activities between customers and internal teams (R&D, Production, Sales)

Support project timelines, deliverables, and milestones

Technical Training & Enablement

Conduct technical training sessions for customers and internal stakeholders

Prepare training materials, user manuals, and application guides

Market Research & Feedback

Gather customer feedback on product performance and requirements

Provide insights to internal teams for product improvement and development

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities

Customer-Side Sample Testing

Support and conduct sample testing at customer sites

Analyze test results and provide technical recommendations

New Equipment Validation &Management

Perform installation, setup, and validation of new equipment

Ensure compliance with customer specifications and standards

Requirements:

Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics)

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Field Application, Technical Support, or similar role

Experience in semiconductor equipment /manufacturing industry

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-oriented mindset with good service attitude

Willingness to travel for customer support and on-site assignments
