Job Summary

We are seeking a QA Engineer to ensure product and process quality in a manufacturing environment. The role involves in house quality control, supplier process audits in Johor, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor production quality and ensure compliance with standards

Perform in-house quality inspection

Conduct root cause analysis and support corrective/preventive actions (8D)

Work closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams

Perform process audits at subcontractors in Johor, Malaysia

Requirements

2-3 years QA experience in manufacturing

Knowledge of quality tools: 8D

Experience handling non-conformance and disposition decisions

Willing to travel to Johor for supplier audits

Strong analytical and communication skills
