Job scopes:
Conduct failure analysis using various tools and instruments, including digital multimeters, digital microscopes, and electrical testing equipment.
Perform destructive analysis techniques, including cross-sectioning, teardown, and decapsulation.
Perform component removal processes, including desoldering and PCB cutting using appropriate tools.
Willing to learn and operate advanced analytical equipment such as X-ray inspection systems and SEM/EDX.
Communicate failure analysis findings and observations to engineers to support further investigation and report preparation.
Requirements:
Nitec or Diploma in Electronic and/or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 1 year of working experience in manufacturing environment will be advantageous.
0-2 years experience
