Junior Software Engineer - AI/ML

We are seeking passionate and highly motivated Fresh Graduates to join our AI & Machine Learning Engineering team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Generative AI solutions that help transform how financial institutions interact with data, knowledge, and clients.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Deep Learning models for real-world business problems.

Build and enhance Natural Language Processing (NLP) solutions, including Semantic Search and intelligent knowledge retrieval systems.

Develop and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications using enterprise knowledge sources.

Contribute to the development of Foundation Models and Large Language Model (LLM) solutions utilizing proprietary business data.

Build and enhance Agentic AI solutions leveraging modern AI orchestration frameworks.

Support the implementation of scalable MLOps pipelines for automated deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of AI models.

Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven products and services.

Participate in AI model evaluation, performance optimization, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contribute to AI governance, responsible AI practices, and model reliability initiatives.

Skills Requirement

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering / Information Technology or related field.

Strong academic background with a passion for AI, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.
