Responsible for the
operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical systems and equipment
within a hospital environment. Ensure all mechanical services are safe, reliable, and compliant with hospital and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and troubleshoot HVAC, ACMV, pumps, chillers, and other mechanical systems.
Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
Monitor equipment performance and coordinate servicing and repairs.
Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and statutory requirements.
Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
Coordinate with contractors and hospital stakeholders on mechanical works.
Requirements
Degree in
Mechanical Engineering
or related discipline.
Minimum
5 years of relevant experience
in mechanical engineering, facilities management, or building services.
Experience in
hospital, healthcare, building facilities, or ACMV systems
is an advantage.
Good troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills.
