What You Will Be Doing

Software Development and Systems Integration

Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions, including: eLearning applications, LMS integrations, web applications, cloud solutions, and mobile applications.

AI-powered applications, intelligent assistants, and automation solutions.

System integrations via RESTful APIs, LTI standards, and cloud platforms.

Quality, Security and DevOps

Ensure that software solutions are secure, reliable, and production-ready.

Apply secure coding practices, conduct code reviews, and support vulnerability assessments and security testing.

Perform troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis.

Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and compliance with data governance policies.

Emerging Technology and AI Innovation

Research and implement emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Explore GenAI, large language models, Agentic AI, and intelligent automation frameworks.

Develop AI-driven learning experiences, virtual assistants, and recommendation engines.

Conduct proof-of-concepts, technology evaluations, and EdTech trend monitoring.

Stakeholder Collaboration and Consultation

Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver and sustain solutions.

Gather requirements, support project delivery, and manage vendor engagements.

Provide technical consultation, documentation, training, and knowledge transfer.

Departmental Contributions

Support cluster-level initiatives, events, and community-building activities that contribute to departmental well-being.

Job Requirements

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related discipline.

At least 2 years of experience in full stack software development.

Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering user-centric digital products.

Experience working across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Experience integrating applications with enterprise systems and APIs.
