System Engineer

This role works closely with customers, sales teams, and internal engineering teams to ensure successful implementation, customer satisfaction, issue resolution, and identification of future business opportunities.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Provide technical expertise during customer discussions and proposal development.

Recommend product upgrades, maintenance contracts, and additional services.

Support account managers in maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Assist in preparing technical quotations and solution recommendations.

Serve as the primary contact for customers after project handover.

Provide post-sales technical support and troubleshooting for products, systems, and solutions.

Diagnose and resolve customer issues through remote or onsite support.

Conduct customer calls to assess system performance and customer satisfaction.

Products: IT Products (Hardware, Software, Accessories) and IT Services (Maintenance and Project Consultation)

Requirement

ITE / Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Computer-related field.

Minimum 1 year of related work experience in technical support, field service, application engineering, or post-sales support.

Strong End User support skill

Experience working with customers in a technical support environment.

Good communication and presentation skills.
