Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in the following technical platforms:
oCloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Terraform
oContainerPlatforms: Docker/Kubernetes
oScripting tools: Java, Unix Shell, Bash, Python, PowerShell
oMiddleware Technologies: Websphere, Jboss, Wildfly, Tomcat, Apache, Kafka
Good understanding of ITIL Service Management framework, such as Incident, Problem, and Change processes
Understanding of LLMs, AI architecture patterns (RAG, Agentic, MCP, etc.)
Experience in one or more of the following technical platforms:
oJenkins, Ansible, Elastic Search, Rundeck, GIT
oMonitoring and Data analytics tools: Nagios, OMI, ServiceNow, Geneos
Able to work on shift and with on-call support on rotation
Excellent communication, interpersonal and logical skills
