Responsibilities:
Design and optimize plating processes to meet customer quality standards while improving efficiency and reducing cost.
Manage plating processes for NPI, from strategy development to implementation.
Evaluate different plating process strategies during new project development and select the optimal solution with cross-functional teams.
Apply DFM principles to plating process design to ensure easy manufacturing and scalability.
Review product designs for plating feasibility and address potential manufacturing constraints early.
Perform early plating process studies to identify technical risks and apply effective mitigation measures.
Work closely with design, manufacturing, automation, and quality teams to ensure smooth and timely project execution.
Requirements:
Min Bachelor in Chemistry or related field.
Min 3 years experience in plating, or manufacturing environment
Reel-based continuous electroplating will be an advantage
