Your new role
Partner with underwriting, claims, and operations teams to gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements.
Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of insurance core platforms and digital solutions.
Monitor platform performance, identify enhancement opportunities, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure alignment between business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technology capabilities.
Analyse end-to-end policy lifecycle processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and operational improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
5-8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Platform Engineer, Systems Analyst, or similar role within the insurance industry.
Strong understanding of Commercial Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance operations, including underwriting, policy administration, and claims.
Bachelors' Degree in Computer Science
Experience supporting core insurance platform implementations, upgrades, or transformation programmes.
