Regional Technical Solutions Engineer

Job Responsibilities

Support regional Tech & Solutions presales projects, including application testing, environment setup, and test framework execution across Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android platforms.

Assist in developing and supporting cloud-based application modules for B2B solutions and contribute to the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Provide technical support to Product Managers, customers, and stakeholders by analysing product features and mapping solutions to customer requirements.

Conduct regional technical training for new product launches and support product analysis, comparisons, customer visits, and related events.

Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with regional teams to resolve issues and deliver effective solutions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in technical support, application development, IT, or a related field.

Basic programming knowledge with working knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux, and Android; knowledge of Python, JavaScript, Angular, web applications, server configuration, or Windows application development is an advantage.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a proactive learning mindset and ability to understand product specifications and translate them into customer requirements.
