Job Summary

You will design and build scalable, reliable software systems with a focus on full-stack development and AI engineering, including LLM applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver maintainable, high-quality solutions that meet modern accessibility and performance standards.

Responsibilities

Design and build scalable software systems to meet client and business needs

Develop full-stack applications using modern technologies such as React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js

Troubleshoot and debug complex system behaviors and logs to ensure reliability

Build LLM workflows using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool calling, structured outputs, agents, and human-in-the-loop patterns

Develop evaluation pipelines using golden datasets, regression tests, deterministic evaluators, and LLM-as-a-judge methods

Implement observability, monitoring, guardrails, fallbacks, and validation to maintain reliable AI systems

Balance model quality, latency, reliability, maintainability, and cost in AI solutions

Maintain automated tests including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure software quality

Manage CI/CD pipelines and technical documentation to support agile engineering practices

Communicate technical trade-offs and quality standards clearly to diverse stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Knowledge of Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and Bash scripting

Passion for building inclusive technology and applying digital accessibility standards

Experience writing code compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level A and AA

Familiarity with assistive technologies and screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and TalkBack

Willingness to learn digital accessibility regulations and best practices
