Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain business applications using Microsoft Power Apps, including Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps.
Build and manage automated workflows using Power Automate, including approval processes, notifications, integrations, and business process automation.
Develop and maintain solutions using SharePoint Online, including lists, libraries, permissions, forms, and integration with Power Platform.
Design and manage data solutions using Microsoft Dataverse, including tables, relationships, security roles, and business rules.
Develop and configure Copilot Studio agents to automate business interactions, provide self-service capabilities, and improve user experience.
Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, SQL Server, REST APIs, and other enterprise systems.
Develop reusable components, connectors, and integrations to support scalable Power Platform solutions.
Gather requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
Participate in solution design, development, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
Follow Power Platform security, governance, environment, and deployment best practices.
Prepare technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to users and development teams.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
