Job Description

HERAEUS ASIA PACIFIC HOLDING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR Admin/Onboarding Assistant to manage onboarding documents, conduct orientation for new hires, coordinate training, and prepare weekly/monthly HR reports including OT and HR metrics.

You will also support wellness activities, government surveys, and employee recognition programs, while liaising with Accounts Payable for invoices. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in HR management, good MS Office skills, and proactive
