Job Description

Responsibilities:

. Supervision and coordination of projects/ project team through different project stages

. Responsible for project costs and schedules

. Involvement in design development

. Incorporate codes, authority submissions, consultations

. Contract administration and any other site operational and project management matters

Desired Skills and Experience:

. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or relevant field (project management etc.)

. Min. 3 years relevant working experience preferred.

. Positive working attitude, self-motivated and passionate

. Conversant with local building requirements and regulations

. Good time management skills

. Experience in high density housing and/or public housing

. Due to need of local knowledge, only Singaporean/ Singapore PR preferred
