Join AKC as a Business Development Management Trainee and gain hands-on exposure to client engagement, business growth, and market development in the training and consultancy industry. What You'll Do
Assist in identifying potential business opportunities, leads, and partnerships
Conduct market research to support business development and expansion initiatives
Participate in meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients
Support the development and execution of business growth plans
Maintain relationships with existing clients and partners
Assist the team with administrative tasks, coordination, and data management
Gain wider business exposure through job rotation across different functions, where applicable
What We're Looking For
Strong interest in sales, business development, and client engagement
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
