Job Roles & Responsibilities: -

Design, build, and maintain Amazon Connect solutions including call flows, queues, routing profiles, IVRs, and Contact Lens.

Integrate Amazon Connect with AWS services (Lambda, Lex, Polly, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch) and external systems (e.g., Salesforce/CRM).

Develop and maintain Lambda functions for real-time call processing and data integrations.

Collaborate with teams to optimize call routing and customer experience.

Monitor and troubleshoot performance using Amazon Connect Metrics and analytics tools.

Implement CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (CloudFormation/Terraform).

Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards.

Job Skills & Requirements: -

Strong expertise in Amazon Connect, Lex, Lambda, and Contact Lens.

Hands-on knowledge of AWS ecosystem (DynamoDB, S3, EC2, CloudFront, CloudWatch).

Experience in CRM integrations (Salesforce preferred).

Knowledge of call center technologies, ACD, and customer experience transformation.

Proficiency in Python for Lambda development.

Experience with AI integrations (Generative AI, Amazon Q, Amazon Bedrock a plus).

Strong automation mindset with CI/CD exposure.

Ability to customize reports and extract analytics.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

35 years of AWS development experience.

Proven experience with Amazon Connect (IVR, call flows, integrations).

Hands-on experience with Amazon Lex (bot development & integration).

Solid understanding of cloud-native, scalable architectures.

Self-starter, analytical, and detail-oriented.
