Semiconductor Test Applications Engineer - Drive Yield

Job Description

ADVANTEST (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a test application consultant to deliver semiconductor test program development, conversion, and maintenance.

You will work with customers on test programs, create test modules, and resolve yield-related issues while supporting pre-sales activities and training. The role requires strong analytical skills, programming in C++, Java, and scripting, and experience with 93000 software and debugging tools.
