M&E Project Engineer

About the role

Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of MEP works for A&A (Addition & Alteration) projects.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, subcontractors and other trades to ensure smooth project execution.

Review MEP drawings, specifications and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.

Monitor site progress and ensure MEP works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and schedule.

Coordinate site installation works for Mechanical, Electrical and other MEP services.

Attend site meetings, inspections and technical discussions with project stakeholders.

Identify and resolve site issues and coordinate with relevant parties for timely solutions.

Ensure MEP works comply with relevant Singapore standards, regulations and safety requirements.

Support the Project Manager in managing day-to-day project activities.

About you

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Building Services, MEP Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 1 year of relevant MEP / construction experience preferred.

Experience in A&A / renovation / building projects will be an advantage.

Candidates with Mechanical or Electrical engineering experience are welcome.

Good knowledge of MEP installation, site coordination and construction practices.
