Backend Engineer （AI platform/agent）

Key Responsibilities

Design backend APIs, task orchestration, state management, and streaming responses for LLM/Agent products.

Build scalable services covering auth, quotas, caching, async tasks, governance, monitoring, and data pipelines.

Integrate Prompt, Skills, MCP, and Tools to turn experimental models into stable products.

Explore AI-native development, Harness Engineering, and Agentic Workflows with Claude Code.

Key Requirements

Proficient in Golang and/or Python, with experience delivering complete backend systems.

Strong fundamentals in API design, auth, task scheduling, caching, logging, microservices, and databases such as MySQL/Postgres/Redis/MongoDB.

Curious about AI-native development and latest AI technologies.

High standards for code quality, testing, documentation, and collaboration.

Bonus & What We Offer
