Regional Market Interface

Act as the primary Digital Office contact for APAC regional and country commercial teams on all DtC topics

Build and maintain direct working relationships with regional and country leaders, ensuring global DtC strategy lands with local relevance and execution commitment

Gather regional market intelligence — consumer behaviour, platform dynamics, regulatory environment — and feed structured insights back to the eCommerce Director to inform global strategy

Platform & IT Interface

Translate APAC market requirements into structured platform briefs for the eCommerce Director and IT, ensuring regional needs are captured accurately before development begins

Track platform delivery against APAC deployment requirements, flagging deviations and managing scope changes with IT and the eCommerce Director

Ensure global platform standards are applied consistently across APAC deployments without stifling locally necessary adaptations

APAC DtC Performance

Own eCommerce performance tracking across APAC markets, providing the eCommerce Director with a consolidated and accurate view of regional outcomes

Monitor performance against global KPI frameworks — revenue, conversion, basket size, customer acquisition and retention — identifying gaps and working with country teams to drive improvement

Escalate persistent performance issues to the eCommerce Director with diagnosis and recommended resolution options

Digital PMO Interface

Feed structured and timely APAC DtC program updates to the Digital PMO for cross-pillar portfolio tracking

Flag regional delivery risks and market-specific blockers to the Digital PMO for escalation

Participate in portfolio governance reviews as the accountable owner of APAC

Your background:

6+years in eCommerce program management, digital commerce operations or direct-to-consumer deployment in a multinational organisation

Demonstrated experience launching and scaling eCommerce in APAC markets, with strong understanding of regional commercial dynamics, consumer behaviour and platform ecosystems

Track record of managing multi-market deployment programs with accountability for timelines, adoption and performance outcomes

Experience engaging and influencing country and regional commercial teams to drive eCommerce execution in market

Familiarity with DtC platform delivery and IT interface

Able to translate market requirements into structured briefs without being a technical expert
