Sioux Singapore plays a pivotal role in the Asian market by offering R&D services from our centers across Europe and Asia to customers, leading development teams in Asia, from Singapore

This expansion allows us to meet the changing needs of our domestic and international (OEM) customers in the semiconductor, analytical, and medical industries.

Your job will comprise:

Design, implement, and maintain high-performance C# software components for machine and subsystem control within complex systems.

Be part of a Kanban team delivering high-quality, maintainable software

Review and improve code quality through thorough code reviews and mentoring of other developers

Troubleshoot, analyse, and resolve complex software and system issues

Integrate software with hardware and control systems, ensuring efficient and reliable machine operations

Define and implement best practices in software design, testing, and documentation

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for software processes, performance, and usability

Job requirements

Competences

Deep problem-solving and analytical thinking capabilities

Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration with software, hardware, and systems teams

High sense of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail

Ability to make sound design decisions and justify them with clear reasoning

Proactive mindset, always seeking innovation and enhancement of software tools and workflows

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience with C# and the .NET ecosystem

Strong grasp of object-oriented design principles and scalable architecture

Proficient with multi-threaded and asynchronous programming

Skilled in unit testing, integration testing, and CI/CD pipelines

Experience with version control (Git) and modern DevOps practices

Affinity with hardware and physical systems is a strong plus
