SYSTEM ENGINEER

Job Description

Preventive and corrective maintenance of Building Management System, Energy management System

Development of Functional Design Specifications, Software Design Specifications, Control Schematics/Write-up and other software/test documentation.

Handle application programme change management, hardware deployment management & documentation

Implantation of PLC/SCADA project from concept to design and programming

Site Testing and Commissioning with clients.

Interface design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems

Meeting with clients, reports and documentation

Capable of performing troubleshooting independently

Implement improvement works to clients.

Requirement:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electrical/ Electronics/ Automation / Building Technology).

Experience in interfacing design, implementation and testing between various third-party systems using Modbus, BACNet or other protocols will be an advantage.

2 years’ working experience in building ACMV systems / PLC relaated experience

Must have Mitsubishi PLC programming experience

Knowledge of SCADA (Niagara N4 or Mitsubishi MC Works) is an advantage

Have worked with Building Management System/SCADA/HVAC system is an advantage.

A resourceful individual with good organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.

A team player and at the same time able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Able to work during weekends or night jobs occasionally when required.
