Key Roles a nd Responsibilities

Provide end-to-end support from project requirement identification till project completion

Partner with multiple functions to understand their pain-points and deliver solutions in an effective and timely manner

Involved in research of new technologies

Perform application upgrade and migration to the latest cloud technologies

Enhance existing applications and mobile experience

Provide technical support, advice, and assistance to local and remote end -users (User training)

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Self-motivated and possess a can-do attitude

Able to work independently and takes initiatives to lead projects

Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Understand basic progra m ming (.net preferred)

Good to have Angular, C# .NET, Python knowledge
