Responsibilities
Support engineers in process validation and manufacturing activities.
Troubleshoot process and equipment-related issues on the production floor.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement projects to improve quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Assist in equipment evaluation, maintenance, and process optimization.
Fabricate and maintain basic jigs and fixtures.
Maintain engineering documentation and prepare technical reports.
Collaborate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with safety, ESD, and 5S standards.
Requirements
Diploma or above in Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of manufacturing or engineering support experience.
Experience in production or factory environment.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and 5S.
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Familiar with Microsoft Office.
Able to work rotating shifts.
