UI/UX Senior Developer

Job Description

We are seeking to hire a UI/UX Senior Developer with strong hands-on expertise across user research, UX design, visual/UI design, and design-to-code collaboration to shape intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling product experiences. This role requires someone who can move fluidly between research and synthesis, structured UX design, high-fidelity visual craft, and close collaboration with engineering to bring designs to life, while communicating design rationale and trade-offs clearly to technical and business stakeholders.

Frontend Implementation &Design-to-Code Collaboration

Key Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile products, including production-shipped work.

Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Solid understanding of UX fundamentals: user research methods, information architecture, and interaction design.

Strong visual/UI design skills: typography, color, layout, and design systems.

Experience building and maintaining design systems or component libraries.

Experience with prototyping tools and usability testing methodologies.

Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and enough frontend fluency to collaborate effectively with engineering on design-to-code handoff.

Understanding of responsive design principles across devices and breakpoints.

Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present design rationale and trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.
