Position Title: Project Director (Data Centers)

Overview
Lead the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple projects from planning through completion.
Lead project teams and manage key stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
Drive project schedules, budgets, risk management, and resource planning.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Support client engagement, project pursuits, and business growth initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, Building Services, or a related discipline.
10+ years' experience delivering complex construction or mission-critical projects.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen.
Experience managing projects across multiple locations is advantageous.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
