The Network Systems Administrator will manage and optimize networks across 26+ locations, troubleshoot issues, maintain servers, liaise with vendors, and support Level 1 break‑fix tickets.

Mission of the Position:

The Network Systems Administrator will oversee the redesign and maintenance of networks across 26+ locations, ensuring business continuity through troubleshooting and resolving network issues. They will manage on‑prem hosted servers, liaise with ISPs and vendors, and provide secondary support for Level 1 break‑fix tickets. This role requires expertise in routing, switching, network security, and network infrastructure management.

Job Responsibilities

Planning and designing an overhaul of our networks for 26+ locations across the country

Troubleshooting network outages and performance issues to ensure business continuity

Maintenance of our on‑prem hosted servers

Act as a point of contact for ISPs and vendors

Outside of network administration, serve as a secondary point of contact for Level 1 break‑fix tickets

Hiring Criteria

Must be highly familiar with routing and switching fundamentals – IP subnetting, VLANs, VPNs, DDNS, etc.

Knowledge of best practices for maintaining network‑level security and its implementation in a production network

Proven knowledge and experience maintaining and troubleshooting IP PBX systems

Practical experience setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting SOHO networks and related environments

CCNA or relevant certifications are advantageous
