Your key responsibilities include:

Reporting to the Deputy Director, the Assistant Director will lead a team of 7-8.

Lead and supervise the end-to-end development of programmes—from ideation and piloting to scaling and refinement with the end in mind to design scalable models that lead to membership growth.

Conceptualise, pilot, and scale new outreach strategies to reach PMEs in non-traditional and emerging spaces.

Co-create with and engage internal stakeholders in adopting programmes and solutions that lead to membership growth in target segment.

Device methods to measure dual impact of membership recruitment and 'adoption rate' of programmes by internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in programme development, engagement, or related fields

Prior understanding of the needs and motivations of professionals, managers and executives

Prior experience in innovating outreach channels or engagement models

Able to use data and insights to guide decisions and demonstrate impact
