Responsibilities
Review and coordinate detailed civil, structural, and geotechnical design deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements
Manage project execution by liaising effectively with Clients, Client's Consultants, Contractors, and regulatory authorities to align project progress and resolve issues
Collaborate with Authorized Persons (AC) and Qualified Persons (Design) (QP(D)) to secure all necessary permits and applications in accordance with BCA regulations, ensuring timely endorsement aligned with project milestones
Verify design calculations to confirm structural integrity and compliance with engineering standards
Lead the review of Contractor submissions related to Temporary and Permanent Works, coordinating with Qualified Persons (Structural) (QP(S)) and Contractor design teams to promptly resolve design-related issues and maintain project schedules
Utilize engineering design software and analytical tools to support design analysis and problem-solving in civil and geotechnical engineering contexts
Required competencies and certifications
Degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience in Singapore
Proficient in engineering design software and analytical tools relevant to civil and geotechnical engineering
