Job Description

SILICON BOX is seeking a Member of Technical Staff/Engineer, QA (Process Quality Control) to develop and deploy inspection procedures ensuring conformance of materials released. The role focuses on backend PQC processes in semiconductor packaging and requires strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include leading teams, performing yield checks, developing procedures, and ensuring audit readiness, with ongoing improvement
