What You'll Be Doing

Own Your Territory. Build Your Empire.

Hunt & Win - Identify and approach automotive workshops across Singapore to establish lucrative referral partnerships for vehicle insurance claim cases

Get Face-to-Face - Conduct site visits, meetings, and calls that turn cold contacts into committed partners

Grow Your Portfolio - Onboard new workshops and nurture them into consistently active, high-performing referral partners

Be the Go-To Person - Serve as the trusted bridge between workshop partners and our internal operations team

Track Your Wins - Monitor your pipeline, measure your conversions, and report your results with pride every week

What Success Looks Like

Within your first few months, you'll be:

Signing up new workshop partners regularly

Building a strong, self-sustaining referral pipeline

Seeing your commission grow as your portfolio expands

Becoming a recognised name that workshops trust and call first

Who We're Looking For

You're the right fit if you:

Have experience in sales, business development, or partnerships (automotive or insurance background is a big plus!)

Are a natural relationship-builder who genuinely enjoys meeting people

Are self-motivated and target-driven - you don't wait to be told what to do

Communicate confidently and can present services persuasively

Are comfortable being out in the field and managing your own schedule

Are organised and disciplined with reporting and follow-ups
