Key Responsibilities
Design and maintain Splunk ITSI dashboards, KPIs, glass tables, and service maps.
Monitor application and infrastructure performance using Splunk and observability tools.
Perform real-time incident investigation, SPL-based log analysis, event correlation, and root cause analysis.
Implement ML-based anomaly detection and predictive analytics for proactive incident management.
Integrate ServiceNow CMDB with Splunk to synchronize Configuration Items (CIs) and service dependencies.
Develop automation scripts using Python and Linux to improve monitoring and operational efficiency.
Apply ITIL practices to enhance incident management and service reliability.
Experience and Skills Required
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
Hands-on experience with Splunk ITSI, Splunk Enterprise, SPL, and observability platforms.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, CI relationships, and service mapping.
Experience with Python, Linux scripting, event management, and log analysis.
Familiarity with machine learning, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
Understanding of ITIL, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
