Job Description

WE-PLUS PTE. LTD. invites applications for a role at the intersection of AI research, software engineering, and system design.

You will design agentic AI systems, develop workflows, and optimise tool usage, memory, and orchestration, with experience in RPCs and real-time decision engines. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong Python, and proficiency in C/C++/Go/Java, plus familiarity with LangChain and vector retrieval systems.
