Up to $4,000 + Shift Allowance $350

12 hours rotating shift

Job Descriptions

Provide 24 x 7 support for the data center on a 12-hour rotating shift

Ensure that the network infrastructure is up and running

Maintain all administrative and technical network controls

Configure all network security policies

Generate relevant administrative records and reports

Review system logs of the data center network daily to detect any security breaches

Troubleshoot network problems

Implement change requests and service requests

Work shift including weekends and public holidays

Job Requirements

Possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, IT or equivalent

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT infrastructure operation

Special Knowledge or Skills

Customer and service oriented with a positive working attitude

Possess CCNA / CCNP certification

Good knowledge of Cisco switches, IXIA, NTP, SMS Gateway, Data Diode, F5, SolarWinds

ITIL certification will be an added advantage
