Process Engineer - Semiconductor

Thin Film, Etch, Diffusion, Lithography

Shift Work

Location: Pasir Ris

Basic Salary: $4000 - $6000

Responsibilities:

Monitor daily process performance, SPC trends, defects and equipment abnormalities, and take timely corrective actions.

Drive productivity and process improvement projects, particularly for new process introduction and technology development.

Analyze process characteristics and data to optimize process conditions, stability and overall performance.

Establish and optimize process parameters for semiconductor manufacturing equipment to maintain stable production.

Evaluate and develop new processes, materials and equipment to support manufacturing requirements.

Troubleshoot complex process issues, identify root causes and implement effective corrective actions.

Support and coordinate cross-functional projects involving process improvement, technology transfer and production optimization.

Apply quality and problem-solving tools such as SPC, DOE, FMEA and 8D to improve process performance and yield.

Requirements:

Relevant experience in semiconductor process engineering, preferably within a foundry or wafer fabrication environment.

Familiar with SPC, DOE, FMEA, 8D or other process and quality improvement tools.

Able to commit shift work arrangement.
