Responsibilities:
Perform regular cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness standards in the bar and restaurant areas, including dining areas, bar counters, and kitchen facilities.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt, debris, and spills promptly.
Clean and sanitize surfaces such as tables, chairs, bar tops, and equipment to ensure a hygienic environment for staff and customers.
Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly, following established procedures for recycling and waste management.
Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies and toiletries as needed to ensure sufficient stock levels.
Assist with occasional deep cleaning tasks, such as washing windows, shampooing carpets, and scrubbing floors, to maintain a pristine appearance.
Collaborate with other staff members to address cleaning needs efficiently and support overall operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred, but not required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects, such as trash bags and cleaning equipment.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer service.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ON WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
