Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements.

Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Configure ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, catalog items, and integrations.

Develop and customize applications using JavaScript, GlideScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes .

Work on integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs .

Troubleshoot issues and provide production support.

Perform testing, deployment, and documentation.

Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills:

ServiceNow development/configuration

ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog

JavaScript / Glide scripting

Workflows / Flow Designer
