Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and distribute accurate Minutes of Meeting (MOM) for project meetings, documenting key decisions, action items and follow-up matters.

Maintain and update project action lists, tracking outstanding tasks to ensure timely resolution.

Prepare, submit and track project-related documentation, drawings and technical submissions.

Maintain project records and documentation to support project compliance and coordination.

Assist in tracking site progress through regular updates, progress photographs and weekly/monthly reports.

Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and internal project teams to facilitate smooth project execution.

Assist in preparing project documentation and materials for project discussions and meetings.

Support day-to-day project planning, coordination and documentation activities.

Assist with project planning, coordination and documentation to ensure smooth project delivery.

Perform other project-related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, MEP, Building Services Engineering or a related engineering discipline.

Relevant

experience

in MEP, construction or engineering projects are preferred.

Strong engineering fundamentals and an interest in MEP, ACMV/HVAC and project management.
