Position open for a while. Looking for Singaporean or PR only but must be Chinese & English speaking.

Responsibilities:

Responds to end-users’ inquiries and requests for assistance on the ERP System.

Tracks all enquiries and supporting issues and addresses Open issues promptly

Identifies problems, troubleshoots and provides advice & assistance to end-users

Teaches end-users on the usage of Application Software

Provides documentation on system & application configurations

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Experience with ERP software will be an advantage.

Able to analyse and solve problems effectively

Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
