Key Responsibilities Provide IT support to end users via phone, email, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 issues.
Assist with password resets, user account issues, and basic access requests.
Support laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Log, update, and track incidents and service requests in the ITSM / ticketing system .
Maintain basic IT support documentation and follow standard troubleshooting procedures.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements 1 year of IT Support / Helpdesk experience .
Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, hardware, and networking .
Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow or Jira is an advantage.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Strong willingness to learn and develop in IT support.
