Service Engineer (Semiconductor Equipment)

Handle installation, commissioning, relocation and servicing of semiconductor manufacturing equipment , with hands-on exposure to etch, clean or deposition systems at customer sites.
Carry out preventive maintenance, equipment diagnostics and complex troubleshooting to identify root causes and restore system performance with minimal downtime.
Work closely with customers and internal technical teams on equipment upgrades, engineering changes, process qualification and service-related issues.
Maintain comprehensive service records and technical reports while ensuring equipment, tools and on-site activities meet required safety and quality standards.
Requirements:
Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related Engineering discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment manufacturing , preferably with etch, clean, deposition or other wafer-fabrication equipment.
Strong hands-on experience in equipment troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, installation and commissioning.
Confident in customer-facing technical discussions with good communication and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working in semiconductor fab/cleanroom environments, including shift/standby duties .
