Job Description

Manage end-to-end tracking of campaigns and incentive programmes

Develop and maintain performance reports for distribution channels

Ensure data accuracy, documentation, and timely delivery of reporting

Handle queries from internal stakeholders and external distributors

Conduct post-campaign analysis and reporting on performance outcomes

Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and templates

Support ad hoc reporting requests and prioritise deliverables effectively

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Associate, Distribution Performance Management Should Have

Diploma or higher in a relevant discipline

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including advanced functions and Power Query)

Experience with data visualisation or reporting tools (e.g., Qlik or similar)

Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Independent, resourceful, and proactive in problem-solving

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively

Experience within the insurance industry (added advantage)
