Job Description

KeyResponsibilities:

Configure, and deploy LANs, WANs, wireless networks, and other network components.

Install and maintain network hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.

Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure network availability and reliability.

Implement and enforce network security policies, including firewalls, VPNs, and access controls.

Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.

Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to diagnose and resolve network-related issues.

Document network in frastructure, configurations, and procedures.

Participate in disaster recovery planning and implementation.

Provide support for network-related incidents and service requests.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Network Engineer or in a similar role.

Understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.

Hands-on experience with network hardware (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Arista).

Network certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or JNCIA are preferred.
