Design and build the emails for up to 8 client accounts. You work from a copy brief written by the strategist and turn it into finished, on-brand email creative in Figma and Klaviyo — anywhere between 100-160 designs per month.
What you’ll do
Design campaign and flow emails from approved copy briefs
Build and QA the designs you’ve implemented in the email platform (usually Klaviyo)
Check every email on mobile, desktop and dark mode before it ships
Keep a reusable module library for each account so builds get faster over time
Flag problems in the brief instead of designing around them
What success looks like
95%+ of emails delivered on time
All emails aligned with brand guide
Prompt communication and timeliness with revision
What you need
3+ years designing email for ecommerce brands
A portfolio showing multiple brands and high volume
Clear written English — you’ll push back on briefs in writin
Nice to have:
